Two days, and every delegate has a different path through it.
Delegates enter a unique code from their name badge and get their own agenda, their workshops, their sessions, their timings. They book what they want to attend and can still ask a question anonymously if they would rather not be named.
The event desk becomes the bottleneck.
Pre-allocated workshops mean someone is always in the wrong room, and changing that means colour-coded badges, printed lists and a queue at the desk. Meanwhile a delegate who wants to ask something awkward has to do it in front of a group small enough that everyone will remember who asked. The personalised agenda solves the first problem and optional anonymity solves the second, and both run off the same code on the badge.
The engagement modules that carry this format.
Agenda
Every delegate sees their own path, their workshops, their sessions, colour-coded to their schedule. It is amended live when the day moves, so it never goes stale and nobody is reading yesterday's running order.
See the moduleSchedule
Delegates book their own workshops onsite and see remaining capacity as they choose. Parallel sessions, changeable at the last minute. No pre-allocation, no colour-coded badging and far less resource on the event desk.
See the moduleLive Q&A
Identified by default, because the code on the badge knows who they are, but a delegate can still choose to submit anonymously. In a room of forty peers, that choice is what gets the real question asked.
See the moduleLive Surveys
An entry survey profiles the audience before you finalise content. Evaluation forms at the close tell you how the sessions landed against your objectives, with auto-save so an interrupted response is not a lost one.
See the moduleLive Polls & Voting
Results segmented live by the fields on the badge, specialty, centre, market, so a workshop of forty becomes four comparable groups without anyone being asked to declare themselves.
See the moduleFour things we do that change the output.
We build the delegate list into the platform
Codes generated against your badge data, so scanning or typing a code produces the right personalised agenda without anyone signing up for anything.
We set the workshop capacities with you
Room limits, parallel streams and any eligibility rules, configured before doors open rather than negotiated at the desk.
We run both days
Our team is onsite. Agendas change, sessions overrun, workshops swap, we make those changes live rather than reprinting anything.
We report by session and by delegate
Attendance by workshop, results by session, and evaluation data segmented by whatever you captured at registration.
A meeting that ran without a queue at the event desk, and session-level data showing which workshops delegates chose and what they thought of them.
We run these too.

A 30-minute walkthrough with the team who will actually deliver your programme, not a scripted product tour.
