The platform

You do not get a login.
You get a team.

There is no dashboard to learn, no seat count and no manual. We design the session, build it under your brand, rehearse it, run the room screen live and write up what came out of it. This page is what that looks like in practice.

How we run it

Six steps. We do all six.

This is the part that makes it a service rather than a licence. There is no administrator seat, no configuration screen and nothing for your team to learn.

01

We build the meeting

You do not get a dashboard, a seat count or a manual. We build the session from your agenda.

  • Your logo, your colour system and your disclaimers throughout
  • A custom URL for the programme, and a QR code on the room screen
  • Modules switched on or hidden so delegates see only what they need
  • Speaker, moderator and chair access configured and briefed
  • Built from a template we reuse across your programme, so session four looks like session one
02

We choose the interactions

Written backwards from the decision the meeting has to produce, then put to you for approval.

  • Ten poll types, from ranked choice and sliders to word clouds and open text
  • Simple, weighted or proxy ballots where governance requires a defensible record
  • Anonymous or attributed, decided before the audience is told and held for the whole programme
  • Q&A configured with a private moderation queue and a named escalation route
  • Forms and surveys with conditional logic, so nobody wades through irrelevant questions
03

We test it before the day

The first time your programme runs is never in front of your audience.

  • A full technical rehearsal against your run of show
  • Pre-, during- and post-meeting touchpoints mapped to the agenda
  • A drop-in session so speakers and chairs meet the interface before they need it
  • Invites, logins and forms tested end to end
  • A tech check with your AV supplier or producer wherever the venue allows
04

We get your delegates in

No download, no app store, no account. A browser and a short link.

  • Email invitations sent from the platform, or delegate lists we reconcile in advance
  • An automatic QR code for every session
  • Custom URLs for print, signage and direct links
  • Meeting passwords, distributed access codes or per-delegate unique codes where needed
  • SAML and SSO where your organisation requires it
05

We run the room screen

Our technician operates the output. Your chair chairs, and your presenter stays in their deck.

  • Results animate on the broadcast view as responses land
  • Up to four poll results compared side by side on one screen
  • Questions, upvotes, ratings and comments surfaced for the room
  • Confidence monitors and private notes to speakers mid-session
  • Individual replies to a delegate to clarify a response without interrupting the room
06

We report it back

The meeting is the input. The report is the product.

  • Raw response data, Q&A logs and attendance records within 24 to 48 hours
  • Summary reports, print and PDF views, CSV exports
  • Custom report design built around what the programme has to prove
  • Anonymity preserved, or participant-level data where governance requires it
  • Free text themed by an analyst: six hundred comments become six findings
The sixteen modules

Sixteen modules. We switch on the ones your session needs.

A delegate only ever sees what is live, so a twelve-person advisory board never looks like a congress app.

01Live Polls & Voting

Your content is never compromised by the platform's limitations.

Any question type, any rating scale, as many polls as you want, launched simultaneously if the session needs it. You design the meeting and we build to it, rather than editing your agenda to fit a tool.

How it works
  • Single and multi-answer, text input, numerical, rating, ranked choice and NPS
  • Set your own rating range and reference: 1 to 10, 1 to 20, or 10 to 1
  • Unlimited polls, with several open at the same time
  • Weighted and proxy ballots where governance requires a defensible record
  • Hold results back from delegate phones so they appear only on the main screen
  • Allow or disallow delegates changing their answer
  • Bar, column, pie and radar displays; sort by vote; show counts or percentages
  • Compare up to four polls side by side to show before and after
  • Segment results by team, market or by how delegates answered an earlier poll
02Live Q&A

Nobody hijacks the microphone, and nothing reaches the room that shouldn't.

Questions land in a private queue first. You approve or reject before the audience or the chair sees anything, so you control the narrative and the timing, and can hold a question back rather than let it own the session.

How it works
  • Moderation: approve or reject every question before the audience or chair sees it
  • Hide questions from the audience entirely where visibility needs controlling
  • Private moderator-to-chair channel during the live session, invisible to everyone else
  • Upvoting, so the chair answers what the room actually wants answered
  • Commenting on submitted questions, with an official reply from you where useful
  • Secure document upload into the same private queue
03Pulse Sentiment

You find out you've lost the room while you can still do something about it.

Delegates register how they feel whenever it shifts: 'great slide', 'I don't understand', 'pause for questions'. Configured to the meeting, one tap, and continuous rather than a single score three weeks later.

How it works
  • Real-time sentiment gathered in response to whatever is being presented
  • Emojis, numbers or short text, with identification following the participation mode agreed for the meeting
  • Read against your running order to show which segment lifted the room
  • A floor agreed in advance; a sustained dip is flagged to your chair
  • Held off the room screen in senior rooms, where visibility changes what people report
04Live Surveys

Nobody loses their answers halfway through, and nobody wades through irrelevant questions.

Entry surveys profile the audience before you build the content. In-meeting surveys flex to the session. Evaluation forms tell you how impactful the content was against your KPIs.

How it works
  • Entry survey to profile the audience ahead of the meeting
  • In-meeting surveys in flexible formats
  • Evaluation and feedback forms aligned to your KPIs
  • Auto-save, so an abandoned response is not a lost response
  • Conditional logic, so the next question depends on the previous answer
05Live Quizzes

You find out what the room actually retained, and they enjoy telling you.

Gamification makes an assessment feel like a competition. Leaderboards by individual or by team turn a comprehension check into something delegates want to win.

How it works
  • Scored rounds with leaderboards by individual or by team
  • Teams created in advance or built live from how delegates answered a poll
  • Item-level results showing precisely which message did not land
  • Presenter-paced, so a live room stays together
06Registration

Less resource on the event desk, and no colour-coded badging.

The data you capture at registration becomes the segmentation you filter live results by. Delegates book their own workshops and see remaining capacity, so nobody pre-allocates anything.

How it works
  • Custom fields that become live segmentation in the session
  • Conditional logic and dynamic form design
  • Workshop and breakout booking onsite, with live room capacity visible
  • Parallel session booking, changeable at the last minute
  • Consent and privacy statements implemented as your team words them
  • Email confirmation, verification, access codes and QR check-in
07Live Brainstorming

Two hundred suggestions become five the room has already agreed on.

Delegates submit ideas, discuss them in group chat, then upvote and downvote to reach consensus. Multiple brainstorms run simultaneously and each one broadcasts to the main screen like a poll.

How it works
  • Several brainstorms running at once, each with its own discussion
  • Upvoting and downvoting to reach consensus without a show of hands
  • Moderated on the same basis as Q&A, so nothing unapproved reaches the screen
  • Anonymous submission where the meeting design requires it
  • Exportable and broadcastable to the room screen
08Chat

Something interesting is going on, and delegates can feel it.

An informal back-channel gives delegates somewhere to talk to each other, which creates a buzz the formal programme cannot. It also lets them find the content they actually care about.

How it works
  • Chat rooms for informal delegate-to-delegate discussion
  • Moderated on the same basis as everything else
  • Named or anonymous participation, configured to the meeting
  • Open or closed per session at your discretion
09Agenda

Every delegate knows where they're going without asking anyone.

The running order lives on their phone and updates during the meeting, so it stays accurate when the day moves. Personalised, so each delegate sees their own path through it.

How it works
  • Amended live during the meeting, so it never goes stale
  • Personalised per delegate, their sessions, their workshops, their path
  • Colour-coded to reflect an individual schedule
  • Speaker biographies and session detail alongside the timings
10Language Management

Delegates take part in their first language, and you read one.

People submit questions in the language they think in. Live Q&A is translated for the moderator, the chair and the audience, helping a multi-market room take part in one conversation.

How it works
  • Live Q&A translation in over 110 languages
  • Questions translated for the moderator, audience and chair
  • Participation configured as fully anonymous, fully named, or named with optional anonymity for Q&A
  • Market-specific consent and instrument wording implemented verbatim
11Schedule

Delegates choose their own sessions, and change their minds late.

Workshop booking onsite with live capacity, so nothing is pre-allocated and the event desk stops fielding swaps.

How it works
  • Personal schedules built by the delegate
  • Live room capacity visible at the point of booking
  • Parallel workshop booking
  • 1:1 appointment slots
12Materials

Delegates land in the right place instead of hunting for it.

Content is categorised and labelled so the journey through the platform matches your agenda, and you can push the room to a specific section when you need them there.

How it works
  • Splash screens, content pages, links and files
  • Categorised and labelled to match your event structure
  • Direct the audience to a specific area, an evaluation form, a document, a poll
  • A more intuitive route through the session, with less time lost
13Announcements

A last-minute change reaches every delegate at once.

Room moves, timing shifts and calls to action pushed instantly to every device, so nobody misses the thing that changed.

How it works
  • Instant push to every delegate device
  • Room changes, timing shifts, breaks and calls to action
14Photos

The room relaxes, and learns the platform before it matters.

A visual icebreaker gets delegates using the interface early, so by the time you need a serious answer from them the mechanics are already familiar.

How it works
  • Delegate photo capture, upload and sharing
  • Moderated, save or delete anything
  • Doubles as familiarisation with the platform
15Video

Delegates go full screen without losing the ability to take part.

Your stream sits inside the platform rather than beside it, so engagement tools stay reachable at all times. Nothing to install, so company IT policy is not a blocker.

How it works
  • Streamed sources embedded directly into the delegate view
  • Engagement modules stay accessible in full-screen video
  • No specific software required, works on any device
  • Avoids the security exceptions an installed application would need
16Raffles

You can re-focus a drifting room in thirty seconds.

Random selection for prizes, volunteers or tasks introduces spontaneity exactly when attention dips, and gives you a legitimate reason to reset the room.

How it works
  • Unconstrained, opt-in or email-required draws
  • Custom message shown to winners, with details collected
  • Winners displayed to the room
  • Eligibility rule and the draw itself logged
Four views

One session, four different screens.

The delegate, the room, the chair and our engineer each see something built for what they are doing. The fourth is the one you are actually buying.

Delegate view

A browser page on the phone they already own. No download, no account, no app store. It shows only the modules you have switched on, so nobody is hunting for the right tab.

Room screen

The branded output beside your deck. Results, the question queue and timers, cut to when they are needed and away again. Our technician drives it, not your presenter.

Chair view

A private screen for whoever is running the session: the moderated queue, what is coming next, and a channel for our team to pass a note without interrupting the room.

Engineer view

Our screen. We watch participation as it happens, hold anything that needs holding, feed the chair live numbers on how the room is responding, and fix problems before you know there was one.

Modes of action

How delegates get in changes what the session can do.

Access is not an administrative detail. It decides whether a delegate will tell you the truth, and whether you can give them anything personal. Anonymity buys candour; identification buys personalisation. We pick the mode with you, per programme, and they can be mixed within one meeting.

Anonymous BYOD

A short link or a QR code on the room screen. No name, no code, no login, and no way to attribute a response to a delegate, because the link between them is never created.

Used for sponsored symposia and large in-room sessions, where a delegate needs to know their question cannot be traced back to them in front of their peers.

Unique code on the badge

Each delegate gets a code printed on their name badge. Entering it identifies them to the platform, which unlocks a personalised agenda, their own workshop bookings and session-level attendance.

Used for invited HCP meetings running over one or two days. A delegate can still choose to submit a question anonymously, so identification does not cost you candour.

Virtual: the same, plus video

Everything BYOD does, with your stream inside the delegate view rather than beside it. Delegates go full screen and still poll, ask and respond. We run registration and the comms plan that drives attendance.

Used for webinars and virtual advisory boards. The platform stays live afterwards as the on-demand home for the recording and materials.

iPads in the room

Devices we supply and manage, handed to the chair, moderators or table groups, fully charged, connected, auto-lock disabled.

Used where a chair needs the moderated queue in front of them, or for table-based discussion.

What you get back

Delivered, not self-served.

Reporting arrives as documents and structured data on an agreed schedule. There is no dashboard to log into between sessions and no API to maintain, that is a deliberate choice, not a gap.

  • Raw response data, Q&A logs and attendance records in 24 to 48 hours
  • Summary reports, print and PDF views, CSV and XLSX exports
  • Custom report design shaped around what the programme has to prove
  • Anonymity preserved, or participant-level data where governance requires it
  • Written analysis with representative verbatims, typically 5 to 10 working days
